```Duties:```
- Operate a tow truck to safely and efficiently transport vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their vehicle needs
- Perform basic automotive diagnostics and repairs as needed
- Use a flatbed or other towing equipment to load and secure vehicles
- Safely operate a forklift to move vehicles or equipment as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of each tow, including vehicle information and destination

```Requirements:```
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience driving a tow truck or similar commercial vehicle preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic automotive repairs
- Proficient in manual transmission operation
- Excellent customer service and conflict management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
